Wounds Australia is the peak body for wound prevention and care in Australia. With a growing membership database, they needed a website refresh and improved way of managing membership renewals. I worked closely with the website design & development to execute the relaunch of their website. To help streamline the membership renewal process different channels of marketing were introduced such as SMS texts and mobile friendly emails – to target those always on-the-go medical professionals. An important part of Wounds Australia is Wound Awareness Week, a full marketing strategy was developed an executed to ensure maximum awareness of the week.
